Yoga with Isaya, Day 1: Be Flexible

Being able to think and act flexible is a must when you are a parent. Nothing ever goes as planned, kids change their minds constantly and putting yourself aside for the sake of your kids is something that comes with the job. I love every second of it, partly because I take the time to do yoga. I train my mental and emotional flexibility by practicing flexibility in my body. In a series of three video’s I will show you my favorite yoga poses when it comes to three qualities that will help you if you are a parent. The first one is Flexibility. The second video will be all about Balance and the third is about Relaxation. So if you don’t want to miss a thing, please subscribe!

If you have read and seen our Mama and Baby Yoga Routine you know my sessions are all about flexibility. Not because I am the most flexible person in the world, but because when you practice yoga with your child nothing goes as planned and interruptions are part of the deal. We have so much fun though. Today was no exception. I hope this video will inspire you to lay down your yoga mat and work on your flexibility!

  1. Flexible and caring ! Lovely video. Convinces me to pick up my yoga at last!. Thanks for the inspiration.

  2. I’ve been wanting to do yoga, but didn’t know where to start. I feel like a class would be so intimidating! Love your yoga videos, they are very inspiring. And your baby is adorable!!!
