Nudes & Neutrals Lookbook

If you’ve read my post on how to keep your wardrobe feeling brand new  you know 50% of my closet contains nude colors: beige, soft and powder pink, off white. These are the colors that make me happy. Nudes and neutrals are stylish, timeless, soft, feminine and romantic. And they go with pretty much anything. So even if you are not a nude-junkie like me, a couple of nude items in your wardrobe are essential! Today I have styled four new looks, using some of my favorite clothes and brands.

Summer shorts

I love my baby pink Reiss shorts. I wore them a lot last summer and did not stop wearing them when the weather turned cold. Here I am pairing them with a soft pink cashmere sweater from Repeat Cashmere, which, as you may know by now, is one of my all time favorite brands. Everything they make is so soft and luxurious and beautiful! The boots are from Rachel Zoe. They are from a couple of seasons ago, but there is a sale on their website right now with the most stunning boots! The bag is from a brand I only recently discovered, called Puc. I bought this beautiful, suede, peachy nude cross body and a little wallet in the same color. It is perfect.

This skirt is from Gaudi. It is the only thing I own from this brand, because they’re not really my style. But I absolutely love this skirt. It is very long, pleated in a crepe – like fabric. I am pairing it with a gold-nude Reiss waist belt and a Reiss Aida top. My boots are the “Karen” Sam Edelman. Unfortunately they are sold out, but I picked out another pair of gorgeous SE boots for you to shop. My bag is shoulder bag in rugged leather, from Liebeskind Berlin. I love it because it’s soft and fits a lot of stuff.

Reiss Heaven

Reiss has such beautiful dresses. And the most epic sales. Even though I have this dress in a slightly different style and tone I couldn’t NOT buy it, since it went from 270 to 70 euros in this winter’s Reiss sale. I love it so much. It is a gorgeous soft pink. The high quality fabric is soft and doesn’t crease. It is a layered dress that almost reaches the knee. The top is very flattering and the sleeves are short and flowy. My favorite detail is the golden chain in the front. It is like a beautiful necklace: subtile and elegant.Click here to check out this Traquin Reiss dress, in Ice Pink! I am pairing the dress with my Sam Edelman nude sandals. I love Sam Edelman because they always have a lot of nude choices.

Business as usual

I said 50% of my wardrobe is nude colored. The other 50% is black! This is an outfit I would definitely wear to the office. The blazer is from Patrizia Pepe and I love it, because of the long sleeves. It just gives it that little extra. The pleated shorts are Michael Kors. They are very comfortable and flattering. The only thing I don’t like about them is that they don’t have pockets! They are sold out, so I selected three alternatives on Farfetch – with pockets: Alberta Ferretti, Red Valentino and 3.1 Philip Lim. The shoes are classic, comfortable pumps from Micheal Kors. And you may have seen this Tibi top and Elisbetta Franchi bag before.
