Beach Holiday Lookbook Part 2

Our vacation is almost over. I can’t believe how fast these past three weeks have gone by! We try to enjoy every minute of it. After our first week I posted my Beach Holiday Lookbook. Here is another week worth of beach- and Island life outfits! Hope you enjoy this Summer Lookbook!

Levi’s in the Sun

I really want blonder hair and the sun can do that for me. But I want to protect my skin more. So I’ve been wearing this cap from Levi’s every time we hit the beach. It is a nude colored one, with a tiny red logo on the side. My shorts are light denim washed and have distressed , also Levi’s. And my black bathing suit is from Patrizia Pepe. It is high cut with an open back that ties in the neck. It’s not available anymore, but I’ve found a very similar one from Women Secret, this gorgeous alternative from Bondi Born and a affordable option from List Ink.

Vans and Reef

No Islandlife without Reef en Vans, right? This top is the ultimate beach top: a super comfortable loose fit. As a kid living on Curacao I would wear Reefs on a daily basis. They are still the most comfortable and durable slippers if you ask me. I’m currently wearing the pink Gypsylove ones. My shorts are the dark washed denim version of the 501 short.

Island Life

Every now and then you need to wash off the sand and dress up, even when you are living that beachlife. This is the outfit I wore on Mother’s Day. My skirt is a lovely, long, flowy, nude-colored one from Gaudi. I am wearing a simple cotton spaghetti strap top from Hanro. My nude sandals are from Isapera Mykonos. And the bag is a limited edition collab between Cecile Narinx and Fred de la Bretoniere.

Reiss and Rachel

Punda and Otrobanda are on opposite sides of the harbor in Curacao. Together they make for a beautiful, Caribbean city center. I love strolling through the streets that still look exactly the same as when I was a kid. I am wearing my babypink Reiss shorts. They are not available anymore, but I’ve linked this season’s alternative for you. The top is a long silk top from Diesel Black Gold, that I’ve tied in the front. The bag is from Puc – one of my all time favorites! – and my sandals are Rachel Zoe.

    1. <3 <3 Thank you! Honestly, the clothes and the surroundings do all the work.. All I have to do is be there xxx

  1. I love the Gaudi skirt! It’s so hard to find a nice maxi skirt in that colour!!

    1. O my gosh, tell me about it! I looked for ages! Finally found this one and one from Ralph Lauren, both two years ago on Zalando. But the struggle is real! x
