Wish List: My Top Five Designer Shoes

Back in November I did a Wish List for my top five designer bags. Today it’s time for a shoe edition! As I said in my previous wish list blogpost moderation and modesty go right out of the window when it comes to my favorite designer bags and the same goes for these five designer shoes. But to be honesty, lists like this also keep me focussed. They prevent me from buying shoes and bags all over the place, but make me save up for those special items that will last a life time. Come swoon with me…

Jimmy Choo Romy Pump in Nude Pink

These Jimmy Choo shoes are literally the perfect nude pumps. I’ve tried them on at the Bijenkorf and they are divine. They are so comfortable and the color is so stunning: they are the perfect nude. I am in love. I need these shoes in my life. They go with every outfit and will never ever not be anything but perfect.

 Gucci Jordaan Leather Loafers

[easy-image-collage id=14810]

I’ve been in love with these Gucci Loafers since forever. I once saw them on an Italian woman, who was about fifty years old, and I think I may have scared her off a bit: I started pointing at her shoes, telling her how beautiful they were and asking her why I could find them. These are just perfection in a shoe and they are on my MyTheresa wishlist.

Stuart Weitzman over- the- knee Suede Boots

[easy-image-collage id=14815]

These Stuart Weitzman boots are the perfect over-the-knee boots. They don’t make you look tacky or hookerisch, they are just very flattering and sophisticated. I prefer the flat ones over the heeled Stuart Weitzmans, just because they are better for everyday wear. The nude ones are my absolute favorite, but sold out almost everywhere. Both these lovelies are on my Net-a-Porter wishlist.

Opening Ceremony nude LIVRE slippers

I had never heard of the brand Opening Ceremony before. But the moment I saw these sandals I knew I was in love. First of all: the color. But the design is also stunning. So sophisticated and elegant. The pointed toe, the extra band over the top of your foot, the fact that they are so flat: perfection. They remind me of The Row slippers. I’ve been on the Opening Ceremony website and they actually seem like a very “on trend” orientated brand. So the fact that these slippers are so classic and timeless pleasantly surprised me. But yeah, need them, so they are on my Zalando wishlist.

Saint Laurent Black Leather Ankle Boots

[easy-image-collage id=14844]

These Saint Laurent boots are just for life. They will carry you for ever. They look so comfortable yet chic and sophisticated at the same time. They are so cool and casual, but can also be easily styled up. They would look amazing with a black pair of skinny jeans or a cute little dress. I am drooling over them on MyTheresa.
