Yoga with Isaya, Day 2: Be Balanced

This week I stopped breastfeeding. Im not going to lie. I’ve been struggling. Isaya is totally fine with it; she was ready. But I feel very sad and regretful. This has caught me by surprise. I just assumed that if Aya was ready, I would be as well. My emotions have been all over the place. My yoga practice has also suffered. I made this second video, in which I show you my favorite poses to stay balanced. I am struggling in the video. But I did upload it, because I want to be honest and show you how it is. And sometimes it’s hard. Finding my balance is exactly what I need right now. So I am going to keep up my practice and trust my body and mind will return to harmony. I hope our video will inspire you to do the same!

In a series of three video’s I will show you my favorite yoga poses when it comes to three qualities that will help you if you are a parent. The first one was Flexibility.
