I love Makeup Revolution. It is a high quality drugstore brand: super inexpensive with an amazing range of products and cruelty free. The Beyond Flawless Eyeshadow Palette is one of my latest Makeup Revolution finds and it is stunning. A gorgeous, luminous eyeshadow palette with 32 beautiful, high pigment shades. You can do nude colored, gold toned, pink, smokey eye, blue and purple eyeshadow looks with this palette. It is super divers and costs only €9,45. Today I am doing a purple look to introduce you to the palette.
The Beyond Flawless Eyeshadow Palette
As I mentioned in the intro the palette has 32 shades, all very pigmented. They are mostly shimmers (even the matter ones have a slight shimmer in them), so you may want to use a matte shade from another palette or your bronzer as a transition shade. But it’s not necessary: I solely used this palette for this look. The packaging is great: the case is sturdy and the mirror is amazing! I am honestly in love with this palette.
The Shades I used for this Eye Look
In the Crease
I started off with Papaya (3) – the lightest matte (mattisch) shade in the palette en slowly darkened up the crease. First with Sand Dune (5), then Tawny (25) and then Brunette (13). I focused these colors on the outer and upper portion of my crease.
Then I went in with the Blackest (32) shade in the palette – this one gives fall out, so be aware of that! I focussed this colour on the outer and lower portion of my crease and made sure it didn’t go above my crease. Then I started working in the deep purple shade, called Bistre (31). This is such a stunning shade!
On my eyelids
I put Bare Pink (4) and Spice (20) on my lid. These shades made me want to buy this palette in the first place and they are gorgeous. They do stay more intense and shimmery if you use some sort of setting or finishing spray (I used the Mario Badescu one).
Inner corners and brow bone
For that inner corner shimmer and brow bone highlight I used the lightest shade in the palette, which is called Flawless (1).
Lower lash line
I used one transition shade (Sand Dune) and the dark purple (Bistre) on the outer portion my lower lash line, to create a connection. On the inner portion of my lower lash line I put Bare Pink, which transitioned into Flawless.

Brushes I used to create this look
I only used three brushes for this eye look. They are all from Boozyshop.
- The 6000 blender brush for the crease work
- The 5150 Shader brush for my eye lids
- The 5800 Pencil brush for the precision work (dark purple), the inner corners, brow bone and lower lash line
I used the Makeup Revolution Anti Bacterial Brush Cleanser (a spray) to clean my brushes whenever I switched from a darker to a lighter shade. It is such an easy to use and effective spray, which allows you to use less brushes for one eye look, because you can clean your brushes in 4 seconds.
My contour, blush and highlighter all come from the Makeup Revolution Golden Sugar Palette – one of my all time favorites! On my lips I am wearing a Milani lipliner and Milani Liquid Lipstick.
Ooooh you love the same brands that I do <3 I own one makeup revolution palette and I'm totally in love with it. I'm really fond of this one too, so I might hop by Etos soon 🙂 I have Milani lipstick too, it stays on so much longer than other brands!
